On the morning of December 15, 2022, the Institute of Creativity and Innovation (ICI) held a work deployment meeting for the review and evaluation of undergraduate education and teaching in room 604. All ICI leaders, office director, HR secretary and teaching secretary attended the meeting. A review and evaluation working group headed by the Chair of the ICI Council and the Dean was set up and the review and evaluation work plan was passed during the meeting.
At the meeting, Dean Qin Jian stressed the importance of the review and evaluation task, requiring a clear division of work and collaborative cooperation. The task should be assigned to each teacher. Wang Yi, Chair of the ICI Council, pointed out that all the ICI faculty and staff should work together to prepare the review and evaluation materials in accordance with the requirements of the university. Through the evaluation, the construction of ICI should be accelerated and a long-term effective improvement mechanism should be established.
According to the work deployment, on the afternoon of December 19, 2022, the ICI held a mobilization meeting for the review and evaluation of undergraduate education and teaching in Rooms 604 and 401. More than 60 faculty members attended the meeting online or offline. The mobilization meeting was hosted by Gan Senzhong, Deputy Dean of the ICI.
At the meeting, Gan Senzhong, Deputy Dean of the ICI, introduced the new round of undergraduate education and teaching review and evaluation work plan, especially the gist of the evaluation and the evaluation index system. He pointed out that the evaluation work should be taken as an opportunity to further standardize teaching management, deepen the reform of education and teaching, and continuously improve the quality of education and teaching. The meeting clarified the main responsibility of the quality assurance of all faculty and staff, so as to further promote the construction of the quality culture, and concentrate on promoting the high-quality completion of undergraduate teaching review and evaluation.
